Westport’s Staples High School Staples Players played to a soldout audience Friday night for their production of “The Laramie Project.”  The 14-member cast plays more than 80 roles in the true story of the brutal 1998 murder of gay college student Matthew Shepard outside of Laramie, Wyo. During the curtain call, Brandon Floch (bottom r.) announced that Staples Players will be making a donation to the Matthew Shepard Foundation’s “Erase Hate” campaign. Additional donations were collected at the door. The show continues today at 7:30 p.m., Sunday at 5 p.m. and next Thursday and Friday at 7:30 p.m
